What is a Hosted Buyer? 

A Hosted Buyer is a senior decision maker responsible for Procuring Energy solutions. Hosted Buyers attending AEI2027 is a cost effective way, to exercise your purchasing power, utilise your time efficiently and do business.

What is a Visitor Buyer?

A visitor buyer at AEI2027 enjoys full flexibility to manage their own agenda and priority meeting scheduling. Visitor Buyers access a wide range of exhibitors, live content, and networking events. Extras include entry to The Lounge, and invitations to official social events for premium business connections.

Who can participate?

If you are responsible for purchasing energy solutions or services, you may be eligible for the Hosted buyer programme. Demonstrating your commitment to addressing current and future energy demands in Africa. We consider your decision-making authority, budget, and how well your needs match our exhibitors.

Hosted Buyer Programme Process

We assess applicants based on the following criteria:

  • Decision-making authority: You are a senior professional with decision-making authority in your business.
  • You have a dedicated budget to source new products and Energy solutions.
  • Buyers will be required to confirm 10 meetings with exhibitors.
  • Availability to travel to South Africa:
    • Must be available to travel to Cape Town between
      2 – 4 March 2027.
    • Ready and willing to engage in pre-scheduled meetings during the exhibition.
  • Successful buyers will be required to register and agree to terms of the Hosted Buyer Programme.

Apply for the Hosted Buyer Programme

Buyers can apply for the programme by sending an email to tile@energyindaba.co.za, which will be reviewed by the organiser team and accepted or rejected based on a set of criteria including decision-making authority, budget and relevance to the exhibitors. Successful applicants will be notified within 10 working days of receiving your application.
